Project Management
Our New Builds require a project manager on site constantly, over seeing the progress, decision making and problem solving. This is what we specialise in; communicating decisions, consulting and keeping the project moving. This is the job of Building Manager Brian Weightman, who has been involved in major projects from total refurbishment of almost derelict property to the construction of million pound houses.
Our support team is made up of plumbers, electricians, decorators and joiners; all with many years of experience in the home building sector. Our team work together during each stage of development to make sure that the project moves forward on time in each stage of the development.
At HG1 Build we assure you that the project will be completed efficiently and to a high standard from design to completion.
All of our work is also personally supervised by our company director to ensure it is carried out to the very highest standard.
Maintenance
Our maintenance team provide comprehensive knowledge of the building indistry to offer solutions for all your maintenance problems. We have all trades at our disposal, including electricians, plumbers, joiners, roofers, tilers and bricklayers.
